Log in as normal and go to the Contacts tab on the side navigation tool.

Using the drop-down on the left-hand side, select ‘Email Address’.

Using the next drop-down there are two options that would be appropriate here: the 'equals' would be applicable if you know the full email address of the contact you are searching for, whereas 'contains' would be applicable if you only know part of the email address of the contact you are searching for.

You would then enter the full email address, or part of the email address you know, into the far-right field.

Then click Filter Contacts and this should bring up the contact you are searching for.

Then click on the person icon on the far left

This will then give you full information of that contact. Emails, opened, emails clicked etc. This is the Full Contact details, which marketing list they belong to plus much more

If you then click on the ‘Activity’ tab on the far right this will bring up the contacts full activity, including all emails they may have received whether that be automated or within batch campaigns.

All information is in one place for that contact.

This is also the place where you can manually unsubscribe a contact too. This can be done by selecting the Unsubscribed tab on either Email, DM or SMS to ensure they no longer receive these communications.
