How do I add event calendar links in my emails?

Inserting event calendar links into an email

In order to create event calendar links and add them into an email, you can utilise our Add calendar event to HTML email - https://tools.force24.co.uk/add-to-calendar.php

To utilise the tool you will need to complete the event detail fields for your calendar event including; Star Date, End Date, Title, Description, Location, Organiser and Organiser Email.

As you complete the above event details fields, the calendar event code will be generated, including the preview links for iCalendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Outlook Online and Yahoo! Calendar, for you to highlight and copy.

Once the code has been copied, access the text snippet of the Email Template you wish to add your event calendar links to and click the Source Code button in the text editor:

Insert the HTML code and click save:

Once saved, you will be able to review the preview links within the text editor and click the Save Element button for your preview links to be added to your template:
