Please check the below points to troubleshoot if your data is taking a little while to complete (>20 mins):
Ensure your data is all stored on one tab, and there aren't any additional blank sheets within the file.
The data in the cells needs to match the data type of the fields the columns in the spreadsheet are being mapped to i.e. if the spreadsheet column is being mapped to a Date field, the data in the cells must be in the correct date format with digits only and no alphabetical characters e.g. DD/MM/YYYY.
The database will only be able to process alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9), spaces and underscores (_) in the column and sheet names. Any punctuation characters (e.g. &, @, %) will cause upload errors.
It's best to avoid any additional formatting to the file such as filters and cell colour fills.
