You can now customise and edit your Snippets to save banners or key passages of text so they are available within your Snippets to quickly add to your Email Templates.

Firstly, go to the 'Email Templates' page via the left navigation.

When you arrive at the page, select the 'Snippets' tab at the top right of the page.

Within the list of the Snippets, if the Snippet is marked with the globe icon and the text 'This is a system snippet':

You will not be able to edit it directly, instead you must first clone the Snippet in order to make changes to it.

You can do this by selecting the 'Clone Snippet' button on the right of the system Snippet you wish to clone.

If you wish to clone a Snippet that is not a system Snippet, you can do this by selecting the 'Clone Snippet' option from the '...' drop down.

Once you have cloned your Snippet you may make any changes you wish.

If you wish to upload a new banner or update any of the images within the Snippet, select the 'Manage Files' option from the '...' drop down.

This will open the 'Manage Snippet Files' window. This will allow you to download any aspect of the Snippet by selecting the 'download' option:

Or upload new images to replace the existing ones by selecting the 'add assets' option.

This will allow you to centrally manage your Snippets to ensure all users are selecting the correct content.

You may also manage the HTML code of the Snippet by selecting the 'Edit Snippet' option from the '...' drop down.

This will open the 'Snippet HTML Editor' where you can also make changes to your Snippet.

PLEASE NOTE: You must screenshot your new Snippet, delete the preview.jpg image and upload the screenshot of your new Snippet to have an accurate display of the Snippet in the preview window.
