Copying and pasting text from an external source can carry over unwanted/hidden coding and/or characters meaning that text may not format correctly within an email or microsite.

We recommend using the text cleaner to avoid this - https://tools.force24.co.uk/text-cleaner.php - this will ensure that the text formats correctly within the templates. To use the text cleaner tool, insert the text and generate the HTML and insert into the source code found in the text editor. 

Alternatively, you can use the 'remove formatting' tool available within the email builder. This can be used by highlighting the relevant text and pressing the icon:

This will allow you to insert the text without any formatting/HTML issues.
