NOTE: Before we outline the process of adding/removing contacts from multiple marketing lists, if you wish to go over the basics of setting up a journey, please refer to our 'How to build a journey' help article which you can access by clicking the button below:


Whilst in your journey that you wish to add/remove contacts from multiple marketing lists, you will firstly need to drag and drop an Action component from the right hand panel on to your journey canvas

You will then be presented with a pop-up to prompt you to select whether you would like to Add contacts to a marketing lists or Remove contacts from a marketing lists.

Whether you have selected the 'Add to Marketing Lists' or 'Remove from Marketing Lists' option, you will now be prompted to select at least one marketing list

In the drop down field you can select an existing marketing list or create a new marketing list that you would like to add or remove contacts from. Once selected, you can then repeat the process to add multiple marketing lists that you wish to add/remove contacts from.
