Start by accessing the portal at the usual log in URL:
You will be presented with the normal user login screen:
Enter your 'Username' and 'Password' as prompted.
Once you enter your details you will be directed to the 2FA screen:
At this point, open your Google Authenticator app and find the Force24 entry:
If the numbers are red (like the example above), this means the time window for that set of numbers is due to expire. It my be worth waiting until the numbers refresh and turn blue.
Enter the number into the 2FA input on the Force24 login screen, and you will be directed to the normal dashboard page.
